Coupon Crazy...Update

Update: Here is one of the blogs that give great tips. Go check out Thriftyfloridamom she has some good sales for Walgreen's this week. For example Colgate toothpaste is on sale for .99 cents but she has a link to get a coupon for $1.50 off. So you get it free plus .50 off something else you have bought.


Okay so I have been reading a lot of blogs that show you how to save tons of money. Yes some of it is time consuming but it's worth it. It shows you whats on sale where and how to match up coupons with the sale items. I decided I would try it today.

It went to Walgreen's first. My total was $104.23 but after it took off all the sales and coupons I paid $ 46.45! I saved $57.78!

Then I went to Food Lion. After my MVP savings I still had a balance of $79.32 but after my coupons it was $48.92! I saved $30.40 just using coupons!

I am definitely gonna start clipping the coupons and matching them up. I mean I saved $88.18 just today. I have to say I got a rush when the lady would tell me what my total was then started taking off the coupons! The lady at Food Lion said she needed to start clipping too!
