Merry Christmas!

I think this was probably the best Christmas I have had in a long time. It wasn’t that we got better gifts, or anything like that. It was that I actually was in the Christmas spirit, and enjoyed spending this time with my family. It was so nice being surrounded by family. I hope you and your family had a blessed Christmas!

We LOVE getting together at Granny and Papa’s( Corey’s grandparents) for the Christmas Party. I think there were about 60 of us this year. It is a great way to kick off the holidays!

Below are some of the great grand kids. I think 11 were missing.

“Back to the Manger” was performed by our children’s choir at church. Zoe sang a solo, and was WONDERFUL! Noah was in the “boy band” ,and did a great job too! I am so proud of all of the kids for spreading the true meaning of CHRISTmas!

Thanksgiving Cruise

Yes, I am little behind, but better late than never. Right? We decided to take the kids on their first cruise during Thanksgiving break. Zoe,and Noah were very excited while Kain thought we would sink like the Titanic. We tried to tell them how big the ship was,but they didn’t believe us. When we pulled into port they screamed! It was PRICELESS!! We left out of Charleston, SC which is only a short 3 hours from our house. We were headed to the Bahamas, and Key West. It was one of the best vacations we have had. We ate too much, relaxed in the sun while the kids played, took afternoon family naps ( something that never happens at home), and made precious memories! And best of all finally a vacation where no one ended up at the hospital! Which was a good thing since we were in the middle if the ocean.
