Spring Break Day 4

Some days seem to go by so fast while camping ,and sometimes they drag by.Well day 4 was dragging or at least it was for me. That morning we rode around on the golf cart looking for ducks and swans to feed. While we were looking we came upon a nature center. Even though I have been to Ocean Lakes quite a few times we have never seen this place. The kids loved looking at all the neat things in the center. We also drove down to Huntington Beach State Park. Sometimes you can see alligators in the marsh but we didn’t see any this day. They also had a nature center where some were able to touch a stingray. After learning a few new things about ocean life we headed over to Atalaya . It is a old “castle” inside Huntington Beach. The court yard is just beautiful!

Even thought the kids were having fun they kept asking when we were going back to the campground! I am still amazed that they haven’t said “I’m bored” once! All they do is ride their bikes and hang out at the pond. All of the girls wait at the pond for people to walk their dogs by.These girls are some pet lovers!

Beautiful pictures. That staircase one is gorgeous...I can see a bride standing in the middle. That would be an awesome picture. Sounds like even on Spring break they were doing alot of learning.

These days are fabulous break days! I was lucky if we went egg rolling as a kiddie! You are very loving and committed family.
