Kain's Birthday

Kain wanted to have a Mexican dinner on his birthday so that's what we did.

We made tacos, enchiladas, re-fried beans with chips and dip.

The grandparents came and had dinner with us too.

I only have this 2 pictures because Kain just does not like me to take pictures anymore:(

Still can't believe MY baby is eleven!!!

I still can not get over that my tiny little baby boy{he would die if he knew I said that on here} is now a ELEVEN year old!

Christmas

Corey and I got into bed about 1am Christmas morning.At 2am the boys came and woke up up! We told them to go back to bed and when I got up at 5 I would get them up.Well every few minutes they come to ask was it 5 yet! I finally told them to get in the bed with us so I could get some sleep.Well they got in the bed but I didn't get any sleep!They kicked and turned the rest of the night. At 5 I got up to start breakfast.The grandparents always come and see what Santa has brought.I have cooked the same breakfast casserole every year.

Kain was very surprised to see he got a guitar!

Zoe has been asking for a camera for a while so she got one.She acts just like me taking pictures..lol.

God blessed us so many ways during Christmas!

Christmas Eve

I still needed to do some last minute shopping Christmas Eve morning. So I got up at 6am to hit the stores. Corey walked me out to my car and when I opened the door my glove compartment was open and the papers were all over my car.I asked Corey if he had done it and he said no.That's when we noticed the back window in my car had been BUSTED out! Yep, some one had broke into my car and stole my purse (with gift cards and all documentation in it)plus my GPS. I know it's just a car but I feel so violated that some stranger has all my information.Even though I was feeling really down we still had to go on with things.

We went to Corey's parents for lunch and to exchange gifts.The kids were very excited about going to grandma's!

After lunch we headed to home so the kids could open the gifts from us.My kids are kinda strange but they love getting clothes for Christmas! So that's what Corey and I get them.Noah always asks for jeans on his Christmas list...lol.

Christmas with Granny & Papa

One of my favorite times at Christmas is when we go to Granny & Papa's.Corey has a big family and we all get together at least this one time a year.We all bring a $10 gift and play the Chinese exchange game.This year the kids wanted to play too. Luckily they ended up with the gifts they were happy with.

SS Christmas Party

This year we had our SS Christmas party in our church's gym. On this particular Friday there was freezing rain and a little snow.We all debated if we should cancel it or not but I am always up for some fellowship! So we went ahead with it! There were a few families that braved the weather to come out. We ended up having a great time!

The dads and children enjoyed playing a game of dodge ball.It was the kids turn to hit the dads:)

All the hubbies played a "Who can wrap the gifts the fastest" game. The team Corey was on won!

Santa was suppose to come but he wasn't feeling too good in this bad weather. So our SS teacher,Kevin, read the kids a story.

Even though Santa couldn't come he sent an Elf earlier that day to bring the presents.

Christmas at Our House

Every year my sister,brother and my best friend,Melissa come to my house to have our Christmas.The kids always out number us..lol.

The kids received great gifts and loved spending time with their cousins!

Christmas Shop around the Corner

Noah and Zoe's choir put on an awesome program called Christmas Shop Around the Corner.Noah had a speaking part and was nervous but he did a GREAT job!! We were/are very proud of him! Zoe was the cutest thing I have ever saw! The whole choir did a stand up job!
