Snow Day
WOO HOO...We finally got some snow and it was enough to get a day off from school. But here in the south it doesn't take much to shut the city down! We maybe got an 1 inch were I live but that's enough to have some fun in. My kids have been up all night waiting for the school closings. I had to get up at 3AM and tell them to go to sleep. At first it said a 2 hour delay but when I got up again it said closed!!! Of course they were ready to go out at 7 this morning but I made them wait just a little bit.

Great pictures I know they are having a blast.
My kids didn't even wake up and realize that they missed school until 8am!! Then they were eager to go out and play.
That is too funny! Stephanie over at Baseballs and Tutus posted about how disappointed her kiddos were when they didn't get the snow predicted! Glad to hear you had a fun snow day! Hot chocolate...yummy!
It looks like y'all got alot more than us. I don't think the my older 2 even went out in it and Tyler went out with Eric while I was getting ready. He did come in and tell me it was not the good snow..lol
So jealous!!! I want lots of it though..I know I'm picky..I want the kind that covers the ground completely and you can't see all the grass coming up so it's just fresh white snow without all the dirt. Oh how I hope we get a good storm before the winters out!
