For once the weather people got it right. This is the most snow that I can remember in a long time. I think we ended up with almost 5 inches! Well of course a sled is not something we have.Since we would never use it. So we had to make do and that is exactly what we did. Wanna guess what we used? Zoe's lid to her toy box! Worked like a charm too! Corey got to stay home and we had a wonderful white morning.
Corey made me put this picture up.The kids were laughing so hard they about made yellow snow. Go ahead I know you wanna laugh too.
This reminded me of the movie Frosty the Snowman.
Another one of my self timer pictures. It wasn't too easy trying to run in the snow before it clicked. I think we're getting pretty good at our "self " portraits!
Of course it would be March when we got the snow. But I'm just glad we finally got some.

Too fun! I almost made yellow carpet under me when I read about your kids almost making yellow snow! I literally laughed out loud!

No, we don't have a read sled. Our Papa Joe couldn't wait to bring his over for the kids. That's the one we used. Seriously, the toy box lid sounds like a good idea to me.
